Centuries of erosion have transformed Navajo sandstone into flowing walls that appear more fluid than stone. Reflected desert light moves through the narrow canyon, illuminating layers of orange and red while the deepest recesses shift toward violet and near-black. At the center, a sharply sculpted sandstone form rises against the surrounding curves, creating a moment of visual tension within an otherwise fluid composition.
