A narrow passage of sunlight breaks through the storm and travels across the mountain ridge, illuminating cliffs and autumn forest against immense areas of shadow. Beyond, snow-covered peaks emerge through rain, mist, and glowing atmospheric light. The landscape seems to reveal itself only momentarily before disappearing again into the weather.
